Mckinleyville Youth Football and Cheer is a local recreational league that operates under the Six Rivers Youth Football program. The MYF season starts every year at the beginning of August and playoff games go through November.

The football program has three age divisions. The age is determined by the players age as of September 1st that season:
Single A for ages 8-9.
Double AA for ages 10-11.
Triple AAA for ages 12-14*.

The Cheer program has four age divisions. The age is determined by the players age as of September 1st that season:
Mascots for ages 5-7.
Single A for ages 8-9.
Double AA for ages 10-11.
Triple AAA for ages 12-14*.

*14 year olds for both cheer & football must be in 8th grade and provide proof.
